What You Will Do:

Strategic Leadership: As our CTO, you’ll steer our technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals. You’ll be the architect of our digital future.
Innovation Catalyst: Drive innovation across our product suite. identifying emerging technologies and trends to enhance our platform and user experience.
Team Empowerment: Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Development: Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of our digital platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that delight our customers and drive business growth

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a technology leader, preferably in the fintech or trade/supply chain finance industry. Proven track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar role in a start-up.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies, software development methodologies, architecture, infrastructure, and data analytics.
Visionary mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels —both technical and non-technical.
